Several improvements to tags

Hello TibiaQA community!

Today we have rolled out several improvements to tags in order to improve their quality as the page grows. Every now and then we see new tags that are either duplicative or just don't make much sense. With the latest additions, we will be able to have better control over that.

Our Review Queue now contains a new queue for users with retagging posts permission (750+ points). This queue contains all of the tags that were created within the last 7 days together with info on how many questions currently use this tag. It is also able to find and suggest tags that look similar to the newly created one. In case you don't have access to this queue, this is how it looks like.

New tags can now only be created by users who have at least 100 reputation points. In case you don't have 100 reputation points you will see the following message on an attempt to create a new tag.

We have also made the question form suggest tags after typing in the question title. The system finds questions that have similar titles and checks tags on those questions. The most popular tags for similar-sounding questions are suggested. The suggestions can be way off in some of the cases, so it's ultimately always up to the user to select the correct tags.
