What happens to people who disrespect Code of Conduct?

To use TibiaQA we should accept Code of Conduct. I love it, really. We should all respect each other and bring positive atmosphere here. Today I saw few comments under one of the answers that I found really inappriopriate so I flagged one of it. It got deleted. But my question is, what happens to people who are still disrespecting this Code of Conduct? Is there any punishment for them? For x amount of flags, or is admin having an eye on them?

I agree, I think from personal experience it doesn't feel good to be involved in drama. It can make you feel tense and that's not a good environment to be put in. I also reported it but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to report comments. I wanted to say I don't have any grudges against anyone but sometimes it's good to just not put your opinion, report it, and move on rather than add to it. I'm not sure what happens to those that violate the Code of Conduct, but great question because I'd love to know too.

Thank you for your feedback. I also don't have any grudges against anyone, and it feels really weird when I see users "fight" with each other in comments. "Who wrote answer first", etc. Nobody should have monopol for writing answers, everyone should take a part in creating this site a good source of knowledge. I just wish that we could somehow get rid of the toxic atmosphere, because it is really not nice to read stuff like this, even if they are not told to me but to someone else.

I always thought we had that listed on the code of conduct page, but it turns out I was wrong. Other users have pretty much already covered it. Depending on the severity, it can vary from a warning, reduction of reputation points to the temporary suspension of the account. If this keeps on happening, the account may be completely locked. I'll make sure to update the Code of Conduct soon.

One thing that I wanted to add: please always flag the specific post that violates the Code of Conduct or other guidelines. I've seen situations where, for instance, an answer was flagged, but the problem was with all of the comments below the answer, and not with the comments themselves.

About flagging: I flagged only one comment that looked like an attack on other user, while whole conversation were going in wrong direction. I didn't want to be a judge in this situation so I didn't flag other comments. I kind of left it to be checked by admins, but should I always report each of comments? Or maybe is there any way to flag whole conversation under answer?
Code of Conduct should be definitely more exposed, I will be thinking about it!

About those that disrespect code of conduct something needs to be done about-

users hiding their posts before it can get flagged (can we unhide the posts and then flag them? or will they be manually deleted anyways so you'll be able to see what was said?)
users messaging other members on their game worlds asking why their not chosen as best answer... aka point hungry. I ignored the user who messages me lately about tibiaqa related things. but i simply don't think this brings it justice.

Site isn't the place to settle your private affairs and accuse someone. Sometimes people looking for bad intentions, the "race" for points loses one important thing - friendly atmosphere :) I believe that negative points should be used, bans for such behavior. There should also be a possibility of private contact.
