Sure, users can make 1-sentenced question that brings absolutely nothing innovative, doesn't invite any research, and has been answered on other sites multiple times. The same applies to sloppy answers that are a copy/paste from wikis or other sources.
You can post low-quality questions and low-quality answers, and you can post high-quality questions and high-quality answers. TibiaQA always preferred quality over quantity, and that's what we are looking for in this contest too. The best questions are unique, show initial research, and invite the community to dig deeper into the topic, which ultimately leads to a thread with valuable, unique research and findings. And without questions, there are no answers ;)
So, using your words, you can make questions "detailed/fancy" too, and it's as challenging as providing good answers. If you dig a little bit, you will find users on this site who ask excellent questions.
