Hello, I'm a low level monk (300 - 400) and I'm looking for a new wheel for the nerf and the recent vocation adjustements, could someone give me a tip if its better to go with Ascetic or Spirit Outburst?

Note: Just as a mention, I don't have any Great Gem, so i'm not biased on any of that.
