How the system select X question?

I'm still tweaking it, but the overall goal is to bump questions that haven't received enough attention to the top of the activity column. Currently, a random question is selected around 2 times a day, based on the following criteria:

• No up-voted answer
• Non opinion-based
• Inactive for over 2 weeks

That's really nice option, I just think is better add little more (4) questions per day like every 6 hours.
