There's no way to receive e-mails on new questions currently, however if there's a demand for that feature, it could be added. I'd imagine this would be disabled by default and individual users could enable that for themselves.
We do have an RSS feed though. Many RSS readers will be able to notify you whenever there's anything new in the feed.
