I think is good idea add a Step 4 here:

The Step 4 explain what we need do after get the 4.000 points to claim the Omniscient Owl.

Nothing is written there, because there's nothing else to do in step 4 ;)

It will take a couple of days to verify all points were obtained in a fair way, and then the user will be contacted via e-mail address.
