Suggestion: Make it so we can see what tags were edited

Right now when you edit it doesnt tell you what tags are edited. It would be good to implement this so the author and others knows what was changed.

Implemented!

Whenever the tags change, they will be displayed below the question content. Moreover, the question edit history will now also contain entries for edits that only changed the tags (User retagged question). Up until now an entry in the revision history was created only when either a title or content changed.

It works!! I made a lot of tag edits recently. Thank you for this. :) It shows what changed that way it makes us learn how to tag better.
