Some notifications not displaying

Question

Hello, as you can see in the image above it says, "New comment in..." But it's not telling me for what and I cannot click on it. Does this mean the comment was hidden? Also, I've noticed I might not be getting notifications for some things like:

• TibiaQA Meta
• If my questions/comments/answers are hidden/unhidden by another user

(I could be wrong, but I think this is what issues I'm experiencing)
