Why some of the badges looks grey and not blue?

Hello!

Just as the main question, I was updating my profile and I realized that some of the badges I have looks on grey and others on blue, this is normal? or I just messed up my profile :(?

They look the same for me as they always do, and I checked your profile and your badges seem fine to me. I know some badges you can click on the number after the badge to see what questions it's talking about like the Nice Question badge. Other things like Verified Human badge you can't click. Is this what you're talking about?
