Tag: Summons or Summoning Creatures?

Question

When should I use the summons tag and when should I use the summoning creatures tag? I just want to make sure I'm using them correctly. Ultimately, I know there are 2 different spells, turning yourself into a creature or spawning a summon. I know some creatures can also summon things. I just want to know the difference between the two tags? Should we just keep one tag Summons?

I took a look at questions tagged summons and summoning-creatures and I couldn't find a significant difference between those tags. Unless anyone voices some strong concerns, we should go ahead and merge the two tags into "summons".
